4. Subscription & Billing
Pro and Team plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime, and your access will remain until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partially used periods.

5. Intellectual Property
All content and code related to Vanta is owned by us or licensed to us. You retain ownership of your created prompts.

6. Cookies
We use cookies to operate our service, keep you logged in, and analyze usage. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Vanta is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted access or that it will meet every specific need.
